REFUND INFORMATION

Denial
An applicant denied by Dental Assisting School of North Carolina is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.

Refund for Students Who Withdraw Before Course Begins

A student choosing to withdraw from the Dental Assisting School of North Carolina before the course's commencement shall submit a formal Withdrawal Form via certified mail or digitally via email to info@dasofnc.com. The notice must indicate the date of the withdrawal request and be signed and dated by the student. 

Refund for Students Who Withdraw After Course Begins
A student choosing to withdraw from Dental Assisting School of North Carolina after the course's commencement shall submit a formal Withdrawal Form via certified mail or digitally via email to info@dasofnc.com. The notice must indicate the expected last date of attendance and be signed and dated by the student.

Leave of Absence (LOA)
If a student does not return on or by the agreed upon date, the school must treat the student as a withdrawal, and the date that the leave of absence was received by the school should be considered the last date of attendance for refund purposes.

Refund Process

Students who withdraw before the class orientation will receive a full refund if they have completed and returned the school’s Withdrawal Form.

After the school orientation, the tuition refund fee amount shall be determined as follows:

• If the student attends less than 25% of the course, they will receive a 75% refund. 

• If they attend more than 25% of the course, there will be no refund. 

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the date of student notification, or date of Dental Assisting School of North Carolina determination (withdrawn due to absences or other criteria as specified in the school catalog, or in the case of a student not returning from an authorized LOA, within 30 days of the date the student was scheduled to return from the LOA and did not return.)

Student refund amounts will be refunded back to the original payment method.
